So what's the difference between them?
Well, there are different types of connection available depending on whether you want to pay for your internet time as you go or monthly, and depending on how fast you need your connection to be. You can also choose when you think you will use the net the most, and how long you will use it for.

0845 Access
0845 access is the most basic level of internet connectivity, so called because you dial up to the internet using an '0845' or local call rate number. You will pay for the time you spend on line at the cost of a local call through your normal telephone bill. This type of connection is suitable for people who don't use the internet very often and who don't need very fast speeds, for example, if all you do is check your email once a day.
